it's clear that the ps3 is lacking, whilst the 360 has got quite a few, and some more in the works. i'm just playing mass effect, which i got last friday.....man that is some serious quality right there. i can understand why the sony fans are a little hurt that the 360 has the most rpgs, and will well into 2010. especially after years of claiming no diversity on the xbox, only to be trumped in nearly every genre, and then have the sony eur...

gimped graphics? i wouldn't say that forza is as good as the-five-years-in-the-making-a nd-still-not-finished gt, but they are pretty damn decent.
i remember reading about a month ago that all the mods and extras are coming. like bioshock, they need the incentives to sell an already old game.
but games make a console. and for me, the 360 has the most games that appeal to me. coupled with xbox-live, which is where all my friends, i cant see me buying a ps3 for quite awhile.
after mgs2 and mgs3, mgs4 doesn't make the ps3 an automatic buy imo. i know some people will disagree, but like this thread. it's subjective, and just an opinion.

there wont be another xbox til 2010/11, and by then, sony will have overtaken microsoft. microsoft know this will happen, but sony will have only gotten there through brand name, and a few games. but sony have been humbled seriously this gen.
next gen will be even more tougher for sony. nintendo will romp home this gen with a spectacular turnaround, and together with microsoft, will eat even more of the market sony once domina...
i would imagine there's alot of sega stuff which is extremly popular over there, and they've got a huge back catalogue which could tapped, remade and updated.
a good move for microsoft imo.

it's too far into the consoles life to bring out a blu-ray machine, unless it's an add-on.
microsoft should now slash the prices. tkae the machine near to the ps2's price and see what happens.

people use their consoles for watching movies whether it's dvd or blu-ray. but not only that, how the hell can you trade a download once it's completed and something new is in the shops??
also, this would kill all the game shops if you had to download everything. they will boycott selling the console and peripherals and everything with it.

so with the 20k more in NA, sony mite have actually beat microsoft by 200k for may. which is amazing! and with mgs releasing, they mite increase it in june aswell. or perhaps alot of people got their ps3 in may incase they thought there would be a chance of not getting one in june when mgs hits?? who knows?
